Cancellation Policy

If a training session is not cancelled within a twenty-four (24) hour advance notice, CLIENT will be charged for said session; however, emergencies or sudden illness will be exempt. Please maintain communication with COACH. Rescheduling a session time slot will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis.
