Super soft and warm, my quilt reminds me every day of the special races that helped me complete my goal to run #50by50 before my 50th birthday last year. I love the fleece on the back too! The PolarTec ﬂeece is made out of recycled plastic bottles. Each yard recycles 23 plastic bottles that would otherwise end up in landﬁlls! Score one for the environment. :)

I highly recommend using Project Repat for all your t-shirt quilting needs. There are many companies out there, but I'm happy I chose Project Repat. I had mine within 3 weeks of their receiving my t-shirts. Super fast! You can pay for rush delivery if you want to as well. I wish I would have found Project Repat when my son graduated college. We had so many of his old t-shirts we tossed and/or gave away when I could have made a quilt of those memories.
